26 Course Evaluation Excerpts

Hard to tell if these are real, but some are certainly funny. Below are some samples:

19. “This course kept me out of trouble from 2-4:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.”

20. “Most of us spent the 1st 3 weeks terrified of the class. Then solidarity kicked in.”

21. “Bogus number crunching. My HP is exhausted.”

22. “The absolute value of the TA was less than epsilon.”

    Of course they’re fake, Ann – the grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct. (You should see my course evaluations!)

    I know what you mean. My favorite course evaluation comment ever was one that criticized the abstract painting at the back of the classroom because s/he felt it was ugly enough to interfere with her/his education, even though it was behind her/him during class lectures.
